Job Description:
A telecaller connects with prospective or current clients by phone to pitch products, generate sales leads, or handle support queries. They update customer records in a CRM system, follow company scripts, and work to meet specific daily call and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
- Answer incoming calls and help with customer questions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Record call outcomes, feedback, and notes accurately in the database.
- Follow up with warm leads to help move them through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Good verbal communication and a clear phone voice.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Active listening and patience to handle rejections.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is helpful.
