About the Role
We are looking for a Business & Partnership Lead to drive outreach, build lasting relationships with advisors and intermediaries, and convert these relationships into active business opportunities. This is a relationship-first role focused on engaging the right people, understanding their business, and identifying where we can add value together.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach with prospects through personalized messaging that introduces the organization, highlights relevant capabilities, and opens the door for further conversation.
- Conduct introductory calls with prospects to understand their business, requirements, and explore areas of potential collaboration.
- Lead virtual meetings to discuss service offerings, business challenges, and active mandates, with the goal of identifying genuine partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and partners through regular follow-ups, market updates, and consistent engagement.
- Identify and evaluate actionable deal opportunities by assessing fundraising parameters, deal economics, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, meeting outcomes, and relationship status to ensure a well-managed and active pipeline.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, relationship management, or consultative sales.
- Candidates from capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory are preferred; strong candidates from hospitality or other client-facing / front-end industries are also welcome, training on our services and pitch will be provided.
- Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly and represent the organization professionally.
- Confident in leading calls and virtual meetings, with a relationship-first or consultative approach.
- Strong follow-through and organizational skills to manage an active pipeline of relationships and opportunities.
- Smart, proactive, and a quick learner, with good general awareness of markets and business; prior understanding of IPO processes, fundraising, and deal structures is a plus but not mandatory.

- The role will have a pan-India scope and will require travel approximately 2–3 times a month, depending on business requirements.
- The primary focus of the role will be Relationship Management, Deal Sourcing/Origination, and Business Development, with Relationship Management being the most critical competency.
- This is a sales-driven role, and the ideal candidate should be capable of identifying business opportunities and evaluating the feasibility of potential deals.
- The compensation budget for the role is in the range of 10–15 LPA.
- Candidates with CA, Semi-CA, CFA, CMA, or MBA qualifications will be preferred.
- Female candidates will be given preference; however, suitable male candidates who closely match the requirement will also be considered.
- Since the selected candidate will represent GetFive in front of clients and partners, strong communication, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a client-centric approach are essential. The organization will provide the necessary technical training to help the candidate succeed in the role.
