Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support HR and administrative functions while ensuring smooth workplace operations, employee services, compliance, and organizational efficiency.
The Job:
• Manage end-to-end HR governance for contract employees, including attendance monitoring, statutory compliance coordination, and employee record maintenance.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and oversee administrative activities to ensure efficient delivery of services such as transportation, canteen, facility management and security in line with organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and the HR team to facilitate customer audits, social compliance audits, and other external assessments, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR & Administration MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review, highlighting key administrative metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and communication activities to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR and Administration processes, contributing to operational excellence and employment sustainability.
The Person Essential: Should possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills with exposure to HR and administrative functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess a graduation / Post Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, or a similar role.
• Exposure to employee services, compliance coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Candidates who can join at the earliest will have an added advantage
