Job Description:
Customer Complaints Management
• Receiving, logging in, acknowledging, complaint sample follow up & intimating to manufacturing site and further supporting the investigation
• Logging queries and tracking for adherence to timelines
• Ensuring complaint sample retrieval and evaluate spread of event at Abbott C& FA as necessary
• Ensure timely response and closure of market complaints and customer queries
• Tracking Complaints for closure as per timelines and timely escalation if timelines are not met
• To carry out trend analysis of Complaints
Commercial Distribution Quality Assurance
• Creating and maintaining warehouse/ CFA/ Service Provider audit schedule
• Reviewing temperature data of data loggers of cold chain products
• Providing continuous support to F&D, & CFA locations to respond Regulatory Communications and to mitigate regulatory compliance risks
• Maintaining calendar for temperature mapping of Warehouse & CFA locations, reviewing and approving temperature mapping documents
• Monitoring Online temperature monitoring system related activities at Warehouse & CFA locations and ensuring compliance as per requirement

Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
Working days: 5 Days
Work timings: 9:00am To 5:30pm
Gender Preference: Male / Female
Interview Process: Face to face

Contract period of 1 year ( Non - Renewable)
