*Position: HR Manager*
Location: Dahisar
Experience: 5–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification : MBA / PGDM in HR 
Reporting To: Management / Director
Preferred Industry : Leading Interior, Fit-Out, Construction & Real Estate companies

Working details:
Working days: 6 days 
Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm 

*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong people-management, communication, and organizational skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and documentation.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Manage PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances.
Conduct employee engagement and performance-related activities.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

*Candidate Requirements:*
Good knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to independently handle HR activities and manage employees.
