Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

    Customer Coordination

    • Log, track, and follow up on customer enquiries.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Production, and other internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
    • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates and documentation.

    Documentation & Quality Support

    • Consolidate, maintain, and update technical, commercial, and quality-related documents.
    • Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
    • Support quality processes through systematic record-keeping and documentation management.

    Technical Documentation & Tender Support

    • Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects and products.
    • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and timely submission of tender documents.
    • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to collect and verify inputs required for tenders.
    • Maintain records of submitted tenders and related documentation.

    Required Qualifications

    • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing, EPC, Power, or Industrial Equipment sector.
    • Experience in quality documentation, technical documentation, BOM preparation, and tender documentation.
    • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with e-tendering portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
