Job Description:

One-year contractual role – 2-5 years’ experience.

Job Profile Summary - The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive policy documentation support across various business lines, encompassing data entry, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc assistance to the team.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform policy administrative activities accurately and timely.

Work closely with the Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC) – Policy admin team to resolve issues and facilitate effective problem-solving.

• Conduct training on policy issuance procedure and maintain Desktop Process (DTP).

• Participate in projects and initiatives including requirement studies, testing, and rollout.

Key Performance Indicators on Customer & Partner Servicing & Satisfaction: Speed,

Quality, Issues/Incident rate, and Request for Information (RFI rates).

Work Experience:

Preferred Work Experience includes:

• Some underwriting experience in insurance business.
• Relevant policy documentation handling experience.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
