Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
 Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership
positions.
 Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and
hiring priorities.

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee
referrals, and campus recruitment.
 Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
 Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
2. HR Operations
 Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
 Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers,
promotions, and exit formalities.
 Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience
letters, and other HR documents.
 Maintain HRIS and employee databases with complete accuracy.
3. Payroll & Compliance
 Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime,
incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
 Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations such as

PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other employment-
related compliances.

 Coordinate with finance and external consultants for statutory filings and audits.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
 Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and confidential
manner.
 Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.

 Organize employee welfare programs, recognition initiatives, festivals, and team-
building activities.

 Support employee retention initiatives and improve workplace satisfaction.
5. Performance Management & Learning
 Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), appraisal cycles, and
goal-setting processes.
 Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
 Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
6. HR Policies & Administration
 Implement and monitor HR policies and company procedures.
 Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
 Participate in HR audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
 Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or
a related discipline.
 MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources.

 Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial machinery, or construction-
related industries will be preferred.

Required Skills
 Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
 Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
 Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
 Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
