Job Description – Debenture Trustee Operations
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To undertake operations related to debenture transactions and day to day trusteeship activities and interaction with internal teams, investors and clients for queries etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA) DEBENTURE TRUSTEE
- Undertake initial and periodic due diligence/monitoring NCD transactions
- Assist in resolving clients queries
- Obtain, follow up and review quarterly compliance reports and verify supporting documents
- Undertake operations and compliance under unlisted debenture transactions
- ROC, CERSAI and NeSL charge registrations
- Handling Bank transfers and escrow account operations
- Client meetings wherever required
- Assist legal team and operations team for compliance
- Review of charge forms and follow up for compliance documents, review QCR
- Issue NOCs for creation and release of charges, final no dues and closure of deals
- Monitor interest/principal payments on due dates and complete regulatory and statutory and contractual compliances for the same
- Monitor covenants and other regulatory compliance by issuer and the trustee
- Undertake compliance under SEBI (DT) Regulations, website upload, monitoring security cover, due diligence as applicable
Experience: 0.6 - 1 years
Shift timing: 9:15AM - 6:15PM
Working Days: 5 days week ( Saturdays work may be there during quarter ends)
