Peon / Housekeeping
Job Description:
Required Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
- Age preferably between 20 to 30 years
- Should be well-mannered, disciplined and responsible
- Good personal hygiene and presentable appearance
- Should be able to read and understand basic Hindi/Gujarati/English
- Basic communication skills
- Should be physically fit and capable of performing routine office support work
- Should be punctual and regular in attendance
- Should have a helpful and cooperative attitude
- Previous experience as Office Peon / Office Boy / Office Assistant will be preferred.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Serving tea, water and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintaining cleanliness and basic housekeeping of office areas
- Handling office files, documents and internal movement of papers
- Photocopying, scanning, printing and other routine office work
- Carrying and delivering documents within the office/plant
- Assisting HR/Admin and other departments as required
- Receiving and distributing letters, courier and other documents
- Maintaining pantry items and informing Admin about shortages
- Supporting visitors and employees whenever required
- Any other general office support activities assigned by the management.
