Job Description:
Responsible for managing and overseeing financial accounting, taxation, auditing, compliance, and financial reporting activities. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, cash-flow statements, and management reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other tax-related compliances, including return preparation, reconciliations, assessments, and documentation. Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits by coordinating with auditors and providing required financial records and supporting documents.
