Job Description:

📢 WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)

📍 Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days
⏰ Working Hours: 2 Rotational Shifts
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

🔹 Key Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude

• Good command of English

• Calm, patient, and convincing approach

• Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure

• Knowledge of Marathi and Gujarati will be an added advantage

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Handle inbound and outbound calls

• Manage customer queries and escalations efficiently

• Conduct on-call sales and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service

• Maintain customer records and feedback

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in customer service, telesales, or customer handling roles preferred
