Job Description:

• Company: Maa Kudargarhi Group

• Department: Projects – Mechanical / DRI

• Location: Tilda, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Plant/Project Site)

• Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

• Project Execution & Lifecycle Management: Drive the complete mechanical project lifecycle for expansion or greenfield/brownfield setups.

• Erection & Commissioning: Supervise structural alignment, mechanical erection, installation, and cold/hot commissioning of heavy plant machinery.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, and Operations teams to ensure integrated, seamless project execution.

• Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate effectively with EPC contractors, consultants, and equipment manufacturers to monitor progress and maintain quality thresholds.

• Resource & Cost Planning: Oversee site resources, manpower deployment, and project scheduling against strict time, cost, and safety targets.

• Troubleshooting & Handover: Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any mechanical or alignment challenges during trial production, execute punch-point closures, and ensure smooth project handover.
