Chartered Accountant/ CA :
Role & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing quarterly financial statements and results.
- Checking compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Performing analytical procedures and making enquiries of management.
- Identifying material misstatements or unusual financial movements.
- Reporting the findings in the prescribed format.
- Recasting financial information for the relevant financial years.
- Reviewing accounting policies, related-party transactions and disclosures.
- Preparing the restated financial information and the auditor's examination report.
- Audit and reporting
Requirements and skills:
1) Hands On experience on taxation.
2) Listed-company and IPO exposure
3) Good Excel skills
4) Good presentation skills.
5) Communication skills.
