Job Description: The Mechanical Maintenance Cine Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment. The role includes preventive and breakdown maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring minimum machine downtime. The candidate will manage maintenance teams, coordinate with production and operation departments, maintain maintenance records, ensure availability of critical spare parts, and follow safety standards and maintenance procedures. Responsibilities may include maintenance of conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, bearings, cranes, and other industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Handle mechanical breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment failures.

• Supervise fitters, technicians, welders, and maintenance staff.

• Monitor equipment health and reduce machine downtime.

• Coordinate with production for scheduled maintenance and shutdowns.

• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance documentation.

• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.

Qualification & Experience
