Candidates must be comfortable working at the assigned airport location and following the store's operational schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly in-store shopping experience.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, benefits, usage and pricing.

• Drive retail sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Recommend complementary products and use upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Maintain product displays, merchandising standards and store cleanliness.

• Handle customer enquiries, product comparisons and basic complaints professionally.

• Process sales transactions and coordinate with the store team as required.

• Monitor stock availability and support inventory management.

• Follow company policies, retail operating procedures and airport security requirements.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Retail Sales Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, lifestyle retail, fashion accessories, electronics accessories or customer-facing sales is preferred. Candidates should understand customer engagement and target-driven selling.

2. Strong English Communication

3. Rotational and Night Shifts

Candidates must be willing to work in a 24×7 operational environment, including rotational shifts, weekends, holidays and night shifts as per the store schedule.

4. Address Stability and Background Verification

Candidates must have resided at the same address for at least two years, as specified by the hiring client. Police background verification is mandatory. Candidates should be prepared to provide the necessary information and documentation.

5. Joining Availability

Immediate joiners and candidates who can join within 10 days will be preferred.

6. Age and Compensation

• Age: 22–35 years, as specified by the client.

• Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹7 LPA, depending on current compensation, relevant experience and interview performance.
