• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, databases, industry platforms, exhibitions, and other channels.
• Approach prospective customers and establish relationships with key decisionmakers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to offer suitable products and customized solutions.
• Manage regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to support business conversion and relationship development.
• Plan and coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Schedule meetings with potential customers before exhibitions and support on-site business development activities.
• Prepare customer profiles, meeting snapshots, company research, and prospect briefs for management and sales teams.
• Maintain and update customer/prospect information, meeting outcomes, follow-up activities, and opportunities in CRM/database systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, R&D, Quality, and other internal teams for customer requirements and inquiries.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product developments, and opportunities across target international markets.
• Prepare marketing presentations, product communication, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other B2B promotional content.
• Support market expansion and account development activities across assigned international territories.
• Prepare periodic reports on leads, meetings, exhibitions, market intelligence, and business development activities.
