Job Summary

We are looking for Safety Officers with hands-on experience in warehouse construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting site inspections, identifying potential risks, ensuring PPE compliance, and maintaining a safe working environment at warehouse project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections at warehouse construction sites.

• Identify workplace hazards and carry out risk assessments.

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, site regulations, and applicable guidelines.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers.

• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Check and monitor work permits for high-risk activities.

• Identify unsafe practices and take corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.

• Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and prevention.

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure safety compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse construction projects.

• Hands-on experience in site safety inspections, risk assessment, and HSE implementation.

• Knowledge of toolbox talks, PPE compliance, and work permit procedures.

• Good understanding of construction site hazards and incident prevention.

• Relevant safety qualification or certification.

• Willingness to work at project sites in the North or West Zone.

• Immediate availability or ability to join within 10 days.
