Job Description:
- Responsible Contract and procurement of Sub Contractor and Materials for different work packages like Civil, Finishing, MEP, Infrastructure works. Coordinating with subcontractors & Vendors.
- Implementation of Procurement Policy Strategies & Processes.
- Preparation of scope of work, commercial terms and conditions with legal vetting as required, contractual risk and liabilities mitigation, value proposition studies, seeking approvals as per company policies, and the final closure of contracts/orders.
- Management of Claims, Disputes, Changes/Variation Orders for sub-contractors and vendors.
- Project-costing for tendering support.
