Job Description:
- Operations Management: Run daily activities, manage opening/closing, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain store appearance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, evaluate performance, motivate, and manage disciplinary issues for store personnel.
- Inventory & Stock: Control stock levels, manage ordering, conduct audits, minimize waste, and ensure product availability.
- Sales & Profitability: Develop strategies to meet sales targets, monitor trends, implement promotions, and enhance profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure high satisfaction, handle complaints, build relationships, and set service standards.
- Financials: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, process payroll, and report on financial performance.
- Compliance & Security: Enforce health/safety, implement security measures, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Supervising and supporting team members.
- Implementing marketing and advertising strategies.
