What would you do?  

You will be aligned with our Procurement Operations team and will help us in the process of execution and management of sourcing, spot buy, and sub agreement contracts as well as contract extensions and variations .

Your responsibility can be summarised as systematically and efficiently sourcing, managing contract creation, execution, extension, amendment, variation for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. 

You will support with the compliance when managing supplier contracts within a framework of policy, compliance, and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you need to analyse and solve moderately complex problems including

  • Assessing the business requirement and selecting the contractual approach per agreed process to engage suppliers
  • Working with category managers, where applicable, to help execute contract documents
  • Finding and qualifying suppliers for needs communicated by business,
  • Ensuring compliance with the MSA/SOW terms and conditions,
  • Documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution,
  • Working closely with the supplier and agree on the various clauses
  • Finalising and seeking appropriate approvals internally prior to contract execution
  • Providing complete End to End support in Contract Execution and Management Process to Buyer in SAP Ariba module involving below steps:
    • Initiate Contract document review and Approval from Legal
    • Review and Approval from DOA (Delegation of Authority)
    • Get DocuSign From Supplier and get it review by internal and Publish the Contract
  • Ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation
  • Managing and administering the contract change order
  • Providing input and oversight to approval processes regarding the legal/ contractual elements of an opportunity or bid, including documentation of review and approval processes
  • Preparing, analysing, and managing operation through statistical analysis of activity and present on weekly basis
  • Continuous improvement of the contract and its service
