Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have Skills : Salesforce Development
Good to Have Skills : Sales Enablement
Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1: Should be able to lead the offshore team 2 to 3 members and also make technical conversations directly with the client 2: Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs 3: Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform 4: Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications 5: Creating timelines and development goals 6: Testing the stability and functionality of the application Technical Experience : 1: Should be an hands on Salesforce developer with min 4 yrs of experience in SFDC with good understanding of AD AM release mgmt process
