Job Description:
Education: Minimum Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 12 to 16 years of experience in sales and customer facing roles with clearly defined value or volume sales targets with a stable career path
Work location: on Pirangut raod in Pune
Job description: (from Real estate or real estate channel partners industry)
Candidate should preferably be from an established brand to ensure relevant experience in managing scale, knowledge of sales processes, customer relations etc.
Strong understanding of the entire ecosystem and the processes in the real estate industry viz. construction technologies, construction processes, banking processes, CRM linked processes etc.
Experience of selling inventory worth Rs. 60 Lakhs and above
Monthly target achievement of atleast Rs. 5 crores per month
Experience in residential and commercial sales preferred
Proven track record of being a team player and taking the initiative for additional responsibilities
Experience in managing customer conflicts
A strong working relation with channel partners
Experience in sourcing of leads independently
Experience in closing sales through negotiations and as per guidelines set by the management from time to time
Strong competitive knowledge
