Project Engineer at Bhosari in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: BE in Mechanical, Production
Experience: min 2 to 6 years experience in Project Execution of Material Handling Equipment (SCR, WT, Conveyors, Apron Feeder, Crusher) or EPC industry.
Work location: Bhosari in Pune

Key requirements:
1. Timely execution of EPC Projects
2. Project review & resolving the constraints for proper execution of projects
3. Monitoring billing targets, cash flows & control of cost overruns
4. Review of risk Analysis of projects & finalize mitigation plans
5. Initiate changes in process/system procedures within department for effective project management
6. Ensuring ISO Compliance within the department
7. Settle with customer regarding LD issues
8. MIS Reports including working with MS Project/Primavera & S-Curve
9. Settlement of claims with customers
10. Interdepartmental correspondence.
11. Ensuring successful techno-commercial completion of project within schedule.
12. Discussions & meeting with Client in the interest of the project.
13. Site support for the completion of erection & commissioning of the project
14. Monitor project progress, resolve problems, raise alarm whenever required to avoid delays in project schedule.
15. Communicate with internal staff as well as with Customers.
16. Follow up with client for design approval, payment realization due at various intervals of project execution.
17. Resolution of issues during execution of project internally as well as with client.
18. Coordinating the visit of customer for inspection and resolving issues reported by client during inspection.
