We are Currently Looking for Sr. Law Officer for Reputed Steel Plant at Raipur
The Legal Officer shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements. The Legal Officer shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines
byMust be self-motivated, team player, interpersonal skills, communication skills, Coordinating external Advocates, briefing, Presentation in various courts.
Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary team and working groups in multi-cultural Environment as well as to work individually.
Planning skills, Management of work plans, Drafting of various Deeds, documentation, Commercial Agreements, Attending Call Work, Maintenance of record.
