Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization,No Technology Specialization Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1-Support to defects incidents raised in APO GATP module 2-Check and analyse CIF queues 3-Able to configure Back order processing job and analyse outcome of Back Order processing job 4-Root maintenance CPS configuration 5-Upload interchangeability RBA Rules Based ATP 6-Check sales order confirmations in ECC Technical Experience : 1-5 years of working experience in APO GATP module Product availability check, Back order processing, Rule based ATP, CPS, PASS Parameter-Dependent ATP Safety Stock functionality 2-Configuration of CIF model in ECC 3-Conceptual knowledge of integration between SAP SD and APO GATP modules Specially sales orders confirmations, delivery creation, ATP checks in STO Professional Attributes : Good communication skill Educational Qualification : Gratuate/Master Additional Information : Good communication skill
