Job Description:
Key Responsibilities of the Position are :
Achieving Targets for freight Volumes and Gross Margins.
Thrives in a fast pace environment
Securing customers through face to face meetings and by maintaining a strong prospect pipeline for regular conversion.
Desire to help customers in all conditions.
Problem solving skills to navigate complicated issues
Coordinating with internal Procurement teams to obtain the targeted freights and other logistics service costs.
Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
Comfortable with running product demos.
Candidate must have a proven track record of business development excellence in freight forwarding field, with 3+ Years of experience in the Transportindustry.
Effective Verbal and written communication is one of the basic requirements for the position.
Selfdriven and motivated to achieve success.
Able to work with little supervision
Experience in a Start Up Environment
