Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Presales Executive for a reputed Real Estate Company at the Mumbai location.

 

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Making Outbound calls on a daily basis to the customers and understanding their actual requirements and budget for Commercial Property.
  • Managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams. 
  • To help the sales team qualify leads. 
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Handling customer queries.

 

Candidate Eligibility -

 

  1. Candidates must have good communication skills, confidence, and energy.
  1. Any Graduate / HSC is mandatory.
  2. Only Female candidates are preferred.
  1. Candidates staying till Churchgate to Dahisar location and CST to Thane will be preferred.
  2. The candidate should be an immediate joiner.
  3. Candidates should have a Pre-sales background of a minimum of 1 – 2 yrs from an International Contact Centre from a real estate background.

 

Shift timings – 10.30 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days working).
