Job Description:
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Work experience : 2 to 7 years similar, preferably from around the Bhandup area.
Work location: Goregaon/Bhandup area in Mumbai
Job Profile :
To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects
To call and do meetings with the channel partners on daily basis
To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
To be completely abreast with the product knowledge & sales process
To take ownership of all the leads & religiously follow them for desired closure
To maintain a sales calendar for all events & activities planned during the month
To keep thoroughly abreast with competition & their activities including current pricing, offers, special features of the project & any other relevant information helpful for sales
Seek help & regular information from CRM & Marketing department to ensure relevant feedback to the customers
To achieve the set sales numbers as agreed with the immediate superior
To deal with channel partners for Mumbai based projects
To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
To ensure constantly improving channel partner experience.
