Job Description:
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle including issue of Appointment Letter, Reference Check, Joining formalities, Induction, Training, Management and so on for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. Directly handling recruitment as and when required.
- Conceptualizing & developing training Material and taking development initiatives for improving productivity and quality
- Identifying training needs across levels as per the training calendar and through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analyzing the existing level of competencies
- Assisting in the set-up of HR, Office Policies & Performance Management System
- Handling Employee Appraisals/Performance Management across the organization
- Leading the employee engagement program.
- Handing the corporate relationships along with handling the marketing collateral.

We perform Construction Site Audits of EPC & BOT Road Projects, Tunnel & Bridge Projects, Industrial Projects, Metro & Rail Projects, Water Treatment Plants, Power Projects, Transmission and Distribution Projects, Real Estate – Residential & Commercial Projects, Institutional and Civil Projects.
We, the construction site auditors, are the project manager’s right hand on major projects. We provide support to Project manager by verifying the details of project cost, providing analysis of alternatives, evaluating billings, checking the work done by the subcontractors, evaluation of the SOP’s, systems and internal controls, suggesting improvement in systems and procedures including documentation, Industry benchmarking, checking frauds and Theft and wastages.
