Role Requirements

We are looking for developer with strong product development experience, primarily with Systems programming background having excellent technical skills. He/She should be a highly motivated person with passion for coding.

Technical Skills

Core Skills

·         C, C++, VC++ (Systems programming)

·         C# 4.0, .NET 4/4.5 (Windows applications)

·         WCF, SOA

·         MS SQL Server

Nice to Have

·         Design Patterns

·         Delphi XE, Delphi 2010

·         Entity Framework 4

·         Working on Agile/Scrum development methodology

·         Exposure to TFS

General Skills

·         Possess knowledge and experience in designing/developing complex software solutions

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships

Preferred candidate profile

Prior Experience

·         3 to 5 years’ experience in software development

·         Past experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 IT companies preferably with product development experience

·         Experience of working in global teams spread across geographies

·         Overseas work experience in UK would be a plus
