Project Role : Application Lead  Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Must have Skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance  Good to Have Skills :  SAP SD Sales & Distribution  Job Requirements :    Key Responsibilities :   1 S/4 Experience is must and candidate with 100 support experience is not required Managing and leading a team in delivering an end-to-end S/4 HANA or ECC Project 2 Consistent record of successfully delivering finance projects on time, working with various internal and external teams 3 Spearhead the mapping of map business requirements to optimal technical solutions 4 Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements    Technical Experience :   1 Minimum 5 plus years of hands-on SAP experience in SAP FICO including estimating, planning, and delivering solutions 2 end-to-end SAP implementations as a team lead 3 Running at least one S/4 HANA implementation is mandatory 4 SAP certification in Finance will be a plus 5 Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Technical Solution Design 6 Hands-on Experience on FI CO implementation and Upgrade project 7 Strong design, migration and configuration experience in SAP FI CO    Professional Attributes :   1 Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic 3 Should have worked in client-facing environment    Educational Qualification :   minimum 15 years of full time education university degree with focus on Computer Science    Additional Information :   1 Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic 3 Should have worked in client-facing environment
