Must have Skills : SAP for Retail Good to Have Skills : SAP SD Sales & Distribution Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1: Define SAP S/4 and CAR implementation roadmap 2: Gap identification 3: Identify client relevant use cases/asset to be created 4: Define solution architecture for SAP CAR implementation on S/4HANA 5: Participate in design thinking / co-innovation workshops with clients bringing relevant industry and SAP expertise Technical Experience : Profound understanding of Retail business processes and 10 years of experience in SAP S/4 Hana Retail SAP CAR implementation/support projects covering the following areas: 1: Master Data Org Structure, Master Data, Merchandising 2: Demand and Planning FR, Demand and Supply Planning 3: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Source, Inventory Planning, DC Operations 4: Order to Cash Ecommerce and fulfillment, B2B and B2C, Intercompany, Circular Economy 5: Store Operations and Franchisee Professional Attributes : 1: Strong written and verbal communication skills 2 :Strong analytical skills 3 :Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal external stakeholders across geographies 4: Ability to manage client expectations, foresee risks and develop leaders within the team 5: Ability to work in a team envi Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent Additional Info :
