- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines or SLAs
- Experience on Windows, SharePoint on premises 2007,2010,2013,2016 & 2019 & Office 365
- Addition knowledge on Migration tools, SharePoint Online
- An analytical mind with an eye for detail
- Problem-solving, and anticipating problems before they happen
- An ability to learn new technologies quickly
- An ability to follow processes
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
