Job Description:

The role of an employee relations executive is to liaise between the management and the employees, manage the   on-boarding to separation handle grievances, employee engagement.

 

Liaison between management and employees

  • Know the organization, the values and culture and educate the employees for better organizational alignment
  • Be updated about the various policies and processes set by the organization and educate employees accordingly
  • Ensure that employees are compliant to protocols set by the organization through training and assessments
  • Bridge communication channels between management and employees
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to identify best practices as well as challenges in employee management

Employee management

  • On-board new employees through induction to the organization and monitor their progress till their confirmation
  • Ensure all logistical details and documentation of every employee is managed
  • Assist in monitoring performance evaluation activities for existing employees and taking appropriate actions
  • Create reports and dashboards to understand and project the health of the organization on a periodic basis
  • Conduct one-to-one meetings with tagged employees and create reports to support organizational strategies
  • Handle employee grievances and provide resolutions
  • Create a “rewards and recognition” platform to acknowledge talent with input from stakeholders
  • Intervene and recommend resolutions in legal matters and take appropriate actions
  • Create and manage statutory committees and employee welfare committees
  • Facilitate employee development through IJPs and IJTs and provide feedback
  • Conduct retention meetings and assist the employee with smooth exit
  • Manage employee records and associated information on internal portals

Employee engagement

  • Conduct team meetings to ensure employee satisfaction through adequate HR connect
  • Create, plan and execute various cultural and organizational events
  • Conceptualize, plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility activities
  • Create and publish periodic newsletters and employee communication
