- Responsible for summer and final placement of students.
- Should establish excellent relations with companies through personal visits and other means of communication.
- Should invite prospective recruiting companies to the campus as per priority that is based on the best interest of the students and the organization.
- Should ensure that the process of campus recruitment by each company is systematically carried out as per the standard procedure.
- Should constantly maintain close interaction with students and student coordinators so as to get firsthand information with respect to all activities under his purview.
