Job Description:

Responsible to promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human
resources programs.

What you’ll bring to the team:
• HRBP
o Monitor end to end employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
o Lead communication campaigns around policies and drive100% governance and
adherence to On-roll statutory compliances.
o Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities & last mile delivery along with
relevant stakeholders on Employee Lifecycle & Self-service matters like Claims,
Exit Clearances etc.
o Partner with Leadership team in timely communication and roll out of all
employees related policies and ensure timely redressal of all employee queries
and grievances.
o Ensure Robust processes and systems - Monthly Database and Organization
structure management with complete accuracy.
o Adoption and usage of various policies administration, ensuring employee delight
balanced with cost management.
o Ensure on time quality hiring from all sources.
o Act as a Business Partner for the circle designing and implementing initiatives
aligned to business needs.

• Talent Acquisition
o Manage the recruitment and selection process.
o Forecasting the future business requirements with respect to Manpower and
planning for the same
o Inducting right talent in the workforce
o Seamless Onboarding and Induction of new incumbent
o Ensure accurate and written job descriptions with clear job accountabilities,
reporting structures and career paths.
o Working with the business to develop the design and architecture of the
organization.
o Developing, maintaining, and delivering key Talent programs and supporting the
overall development of capability across the organization.
o Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People
Plan

• Learning & Development
o Establish and maintain robust systems for identifying, planning, delivering, and
measuring learning and development initiatives.
o Manage the training plan, detailing required training within agreed timescales and
ensuring outcomes are measured and reported effectively.
o Develop a "train the trainer" program to empower units to analyze data and
formulate action plans.
o Ensure prudent control of training and development expenditure within allocated
budgets.
o Collaborate with managers to comprehend their learning and development needs,
ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
o Strategically plan succession and align training programs to support the
succession plan.
o Create training and communication materials to facilitate learning and
development initiatives.
o Ensure training activities align with company strategies and policies.
o Deliver training sessions to enhance the professional growth of Line Managers
across the organization.
o Manage the organization and execution of company induction sessions, including
presentation development and delivery.
o Develop an Academy approach to design behavioral competency frameworks and
Learning Programs tailored to each job level within the organization.

• Compliance
o Ensure organizational compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and
internal policies.
o Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal
standards.
o Coordinate and support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate
records and documentation.
o Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
o Serve as a point of contact for audit queries and compliance-related matters across
departments.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
What all qualifications do we expect:
We're looking for someone with a decent educational background.
• Education requirements: MBA from Premier Institute
• Experience: 3 – 6 Years of experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
