Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate qualified data analyst.The selected candidate will convert information into knowledge, that knowledge into understanding, and that understanding into business decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Interpret data, use statistical methods to examine outcomes, and produce continuous reports.
• Identify, assess, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. 
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that maximize statistical efficiency and quality. 
• Data mining ability
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. 
• Develop and implement databases, data gathering methods, data analytics, and other tactics that maximize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Clean up and filter data by looking over computer printouts, reports, and performance indicators to find and fix coding issues.
• Discover and describe fresh opportunities for process improvement

Requirements and skills:

• Strong familiarity and practical expertise with reporting tools (such as Business Objects), databases (such as SQL), programming languages (such as XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks), and statistical software for data analysis.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc)

• Adept at creating reports and presenting findings

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to gather, organize, analyze, and communicate large volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
