Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of a clear, actionable plan for performance marketing to help drive the growth of InterMiles Performance Marketing campaigns for web and app.
  • Managing day-to-day campaign monitoring on search, display & affiliates.
  • Create marketing campaigns and programs with effective narratives that have clear, measurable success criteria.
  • Collaborate with Research, Planning, and Brand Management teams to optimize timing and messaging for marketing programs.
  • Overall stakeholder management to keep relevant teams and owners aligned on marketing requirements (assets, deliverables, etc.) to meet launch timelines.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years experience
  • Experience building and executing marketing strategies and plans/programs.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for analysis and an ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in managing tools like adobe, clever tap, and branch.
  • Excellent business judgment and an ability to innovate and think strategically.
  • Wiring ad copies, doing A/B tests & driving growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated examples of influencing key stakeholders using data and business projections/impact.
  • Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently.
  • Strong bias for action and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly. A track record of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Be at the forefront of Digital knowledge (focusing on SEM, Display, Social, and Analytics) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
  • Experience in marketing and marketing channels.
  • Ability to think strategically and operationally.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple workstreams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
