Premier Acquisition Manager_ Nagpur
Job Description:
The Premier Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring new Premier Banking customers, growing the liability book, and increasing the bank's portfolio through customer acquisition and cross-selling. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with affluent customers while achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Premier Banking customers through branch references, self-sourcing, and referrals.
- Drive acquisition of high-value Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other liability products.
- Build and maintain relationships with affluent and emerging HNI customers.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Demat Accounts, Forex, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, and other investment products.
- Achieve monthly acquisition, CASA, revenue, and cross-selling targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and identify financial needs to offer suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure superior customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Coordinate with branch teams and internal stakeholders for seamless customer onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and internal banking policies.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–6 years of experience in Banking Sales(In CASA product)
- Strong experience in liability sales and customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
