Project Role : Application Developer  Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Kinaxis  Good to Have Skills :  No Technology Specialization  Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Create the companys supply chain strategy, Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues, Evaluate and report on KPIs, Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly, Maintain supply chain inventory and records, Train and guide juniors, Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, Resolve issues that come up eg delays in delivery, accidents, Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth, Develop and im  Technical Experience : S/4 Hana exeperience mandatory - with 1 Implementation Must have skill S/4 Hana  - Supply Chain - KINAXIS integration  Demand and Supply Planning Should have hands on Technical and Functional configuration skills of Kinaxis Rapid Response -Should be strong with Configuration / Authoring requirements of resources in KX rapid response -Responsible for driving / supporting E2E / SIT / UAT during different phases of deployment -Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning to support users stories / issues con  Professional Attributes : Good Communication -Good Leadership skills -Team handling skills -Good Analytical skills -Good Presentation skills -Creative problem-solving, -A strategic and analytical mind -Ability to work under pressure etc  Educational Qualification: BE  Additional Info : Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain eg use of trucks,forklift
