- Installation & Commissioning of new equipment and hand over to customer.
- Provide training for operational &maintenance of machine to operator & maintenance person .
- Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.
- Manage customer calls and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.
- Generate spares parts leads
- Keep records of customer interactions, complaints and Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and report to service manager.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualification / Skill :
- Diploma/ ITI in mechanical or electrical with experience in related field or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to understand drawing .
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
- Good Verbal and written communication skill.
- Experience 2 – 4 years.
