Underwriting knowledge on loan process on Loan Against Property
Adopts analytical approach and excellent probing skills. Subject matter expertise to articulate and take corrective decision in time.
Conversant with legal & technical related (Secured loans)
Exposure with audits & understanding of regulatory environment
Effective communication (Written as well as verbal) skills. Should be able to hold discussions with Senior Management when required.
Good in Time management and able to prioritise work depending upon criticality of matter
