Roles and Responsibilities

 

1. Complete knowledge in all HR related activities.

2. Budgeting New Manpower, Cost Estimates

3. Recruitment Plan of Action (Numbers, Time Frame, Sources, Cost, Internal Movement)


4. Update data for and preparing MIS reports and documents.

5. Coordinate with sites with regard to labour issues, ensure all required registers are maintained at Sites.

6. Ensure all Statutory Commitments are fulfilled as per Compliance.

7. Grievance Handling Mechanism to address issues timely.

8. Conduct HR round Interviews .

9. Implementation of PMS and Performance Planning.

10. Planning training programs for employees after identifying their training needs.

11. Responsible for timely submission of statutory returns and forms with appropriate authorities.

12. Develop employee involvement systems and mechanisms to keep good work environment and better employee relations.
