1 To drive the strategic resources planning and management to the site
2 Monitoring efficiencies of products with respective technology excellence.
3 Review of quality trend analysis and responsible for providing input for a better
quality product with consistency.
4 Monitoring of yield/ solvent recycling improved production through data to
achieve desired norms.
5 Responsible for compliance on account of GMP and all-time audit readiness.
6 Monitoring and responsible for proactive disposal of spent solvent and scrap to
reduce hazards inside the premises.
7 Responsible for maintaining ZLD status.
8 To reduce unplanned downtime by preventive and predictive maintenance and
proper inventory of spare
9 Controlling the increase in manpower by mechanization and optimum automation.
10 Responsible to focus on energy conservation to reduce operating costs.
11 Responsible for keeping a team motivated to reduce attrition rate.
12 Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standard
participate actively in standardization and cost reduction plan.
13 Responsible for preparation of production planning, annual maintenance budget
and cost evaluation for the Site.
14 Responsible to lead the production, engineering and ZLD to achieve goals.
15 Coordinating with quality control and quality assurance department for
implementation of quality standards and manufacturing of the consistent quality
product.
16 Observing and complying with company health and safety policies.
17 Coordination with upper management with respect to manage all operational and
quality management.
