Design & ownership of performance management processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals
Ensuring effective In-Year Reviews and assessments Strategizing, Creation and driving Rating based interventions and Initiatives
Driving the employee satisfaction surveys & initiatives and interventions for the organization basis the survey findings.
Anchor the GPTW participation and interventions related to that.
Flair for HR analytics, and eye for data based insights.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Certifications on assessment and competency tools would be an added advantage.
