It is the preferred partner of General Insurance in the novel Train-n-Hire model being implemented by the company. In this model the company will screen, select, train and on-board students. Stratadigm and General Insurance are visiting leading B-Schools across the country to select, train and on-board young professionals as Executive Trainee (Virtual Office).

Position: Executive Trainee (Virtual Office) - on confirmation after 1 year they will be designated as a Senior Executive.
JD: The Executive Trainee (Virtual Office) will work in a technology-enabled environment in a Tier II/Tier III centre and be guided by a branch in a main city. Her/ His responsibilities will include:
Sales of companys general insurance products
Recruit new agents for the company, train them and get them licensed (IRDAI)
Activation of agents
Activation of IMDs { Multiline + Motor Dealer + HPCL tie ups+ Bancassurance + Common Service Centres (CSC) ,etc}
Cross-sell of Health and Home insurance products

Student Profile: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi; outgoing personality; self-motivated and goal-oriented; team player; ability to network; smart learner; high on integrity and business ethics and empathy for others, ability to build a team and motivate others to achieve their business targets etc.
The Recruitment Process: Broadly has three phases:
oScreening and Selection one or two days (based on numbers)
oIntensive 2-week classroom training covering Company profile, principles of general insurance, products & processes, selling skills, communication and soft skills and basic computer skills (no Cost to students)
oOn-boarding/Induction at branch and relocation to the place of posting
Screening and Selection: Broadly has three components to it
o1) GD/JAM; 2) Written English, Aptitude, Psychometric; and 3) Personal Interview
Compensation Details:
Fixed component: Rs. 2.5 - 3.40 lakhs per annum Performance incentives
Pursuing MBA candidates will be considered as Graduates and they will be getting salary as per graduation.
