One of our client leading in Machine Manufacturing Ind. is looking for Commercial Manager @ Mira Road

Job Overview:

Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, ethical to his colleagues, vendors and customers and  develop people to be  productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsive to clear all commercial dues of supplied equipments after installation and commissioning.
2. Manage accounts receivable and payable of services billing and vendor payments.
3. Coordination with banks and financial institutions for the issue of Bank Guarantee /Overdraft facilities
4. Statutory compliance such as ESIC, PF, LABOUR LICENSE, ETC
5. Office administration such as ticketing and travel, housekeeping, and dealing with all government officials relating to the factory act. Land act, permissions from Government bodies for, Maintenance of plant and office, AMC, Labour laws, follow up with lawyers and advocates to follow up on legal matters, attendance on legal matters on behalf of the company, wetting agreements of customers and vendors.
6. Oversee day-to-day operations relating to Hr, Factory act, Labour Act, liaisoning with government authorities, property management,
7. Set Hr policies, Labour  and processes
8. Prepare regular reports for upper management
9. Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
10. Implementation of stringent regularity measures/procedures and Systems so that for the smooth operation of each department,( Design, Purchase, stores, Production, Accounts, HR)
11. Conceptualising and executing innovative strategies that improve employee productivity and optimisation of resources

Job Qualification:

1. must be in Machine Manufacturing Company
2. Experience in planning and budgeting
3. Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
4. Strong analytical ability
5. Excellent communication skills and letter-writing skills
6. Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
7. Problem-solving aptitude and cool temperament
