Job Location- Shahunagar Chinchwad Pune
Key Responsibilities Area Diploma / ITI or
B. Tech in Electronics or associated field
Experience in repair and maintenance of
security products is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of electronic components,
soldering and board testing.
Should be capable of diagnosing problems,
on-site and repair and maintenance
Be able to prepare product installation and
maintenance reports based on customer feedback and work carried out
Provide telephonic product support to other field engineers or customers
Be able to follow installation manuals and support the customer as and when required.
Willing to travel on site pan India for onsite customer support
