- Minimum 2-3 years of telecom experience
- PMP, Prince 2, ITIL certified
- Individual contributor with excellent communication and planning skills
- Ready to work in Australian shifts
- Responsible for handling single/multiple enterprise accounts
- Depending on the account/s, responsible for a team of Connection Managers (CM) dedicated to the accounts
- Understand the critical success factors of the project
- Manage and track the daily schedule of work for the connection manager
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement steps to improve the process
- Understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take measures to adhere to the KPIs
